CTL provides the Chromebox in the Logitech Hangouts Meet Hardware Kit. If you need support on the setup of the MeetUp or Rally Kit there are a couple steps that will help the parties identify any issues:
On the Hangouts Meet Screen - Click the Submit Feedback button:
Submitting feedback only triggers logs upload; what exact logs are collected is orthogonal.

When the customer enables #1) and submits feedback, they should open a support ticket w/ the official Google Support and point to their Serial Number and the fact they had submitted logs.
