Where is the serial number on the 2go PC?

Issue:

You will be required to provide the serial number of your 2go PC if you contact CTL for support.

Resolution:

There are several places where the serial number may be located:

• The serial number may be on a silver sticker.
• The serial number may also be on a red and white sticker labeled "Asset Tag".
• If you have a clam shell model, you may need to peel up the gray Velcro cover.
• If you purchased the 2go PC without an operating system, the serial number will be on a bar code sticker.
