My 2go PC tablet still has unknown devices after installing all the drivers.

Issue:

The unknown devices are seen in the Device Manager because the Device Control Package software has not been installed.

Resolution:

The device Control Package software needs to be installed

• To download and install the Device Control Package, please follow this link: ftp://ftp.ctlcorp.com/PUBLIC/NOTEBOOKS/Netbooks/NL1/Software/
• Please follow the instructions to complete the installation.
