My NL1’s Quick Controller Button doesn’t work

When you press the Quick Control button on the NL1 – the software doesn’t respond. The issue is most likely caused by a driver software corruption or a possible unstable version of the driver.

Resolution:

To fix the problem, please download and reinstall the Device Control Package from the NL1 Software download page on our ftp site: ftp://ftp.ctlcorp.com/PUBLIC/NOTEBOOKS/Netbooks/NL1/Software/ Please note that if you have previously downloaded the Device Control Package from the Driver folder and installed it – the feature may still not be functional. To take care of this problem, please re-download and install the version of the Device Control Package from the link above.
