CTL will generally NOT provide recovery media for donated or refurbished PC's.  CTL will provide restore media for PC's sold directly by CTL, or through CTL's retail and reseller partners.  CTL will require proof of purchase for support and warranty requests.  There are options for donated and or refurbished PC's through Microsoft.  Enclosed is Microsoft's refurbished PC licesning guide.
