    Your monitor is stuck in burn in mode. To get out of burn in mode you will need to hook up a working video signal to the device. The device should then stop changing colors when the video signal is removed. If the flashing colors did not stop when the signal was removed.

    Help- I am unable to find a manual or documentation on using the CTL Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse. I need to learn how to be able to pair them to my Chromebox.

    Run 3 It sounds like the monitor may be entering a diagnostic or burn-in mode rather than having a normal display issue. I’d check the manual for any factory or test-mode settings first. If the behavior only happens when there’s no video signal, testing it with another source or cable could also help narrow down the cause.
