monitor is flashing solid blue , then green, then red when comper attached to is idle.  Looking for manual to research issue.

  Your monitor is stuck in burn in mode. To get out of burn in mode you will need to hook up a working video signal to the device. The device should then stop changing colors when the video signal is removed. If the flashing colors did not stop when the signal was removed.

  Help- I am unable to find a manual or documentation on using the CTL Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse. I need to learn how to be able to pair them to my Chromebox.
