If you need to free up space if your CTL® Chromebook NL71CT-L runs slow or crashes or resets, apps freeze when running them, or you can't save media, follow these step-by-step instructions.
  • Navigate: 
    Apps icon 
    Settings
    .
  • In the Device section, tap or click 
    Storage management
    .
  • View the Available space.
If the device memory is full, unused items may be removed from the device or moved to external storage :
