NL73CT Not Powering On

Hello,

We purchased a number of CTL Chromebook NL73CTs recently and we are experiencing some issues with the devices - Specifically, some are not powering on, even when plugged in. The light on the right side of the devices comes on to denote they are getting power, but tapping the power button does not power on the device. 

If you unplug the device, the light changes from orange to blue, but the screen does not come on. Tapping, holding, or long pressing the power button do not make a difference. 

 

Is there a hardware reset we can press?

  Try performing a hardware reset by holding Refresh + Power for about 10–15 seconds. If that doesn’t work, disconnect the charger, hold the Power button for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and try again.
