Turning off the touchscreen on a chromebook(by changing the flag)

If you would like to turn off the touchscreen on the Chromebook you can use the command below. 

Go to**: chrome://flags/#ash-debug-shortcuts** then just press Search+Shift+t to trigger it on and off.
