CTL Chromebook NL71CT-L - Factory Data Reset (Powered On)

A factory data (hard) reset may help with a blank or frozen screen, apps crashing or freezing, keypad / touchscreen problems, device making noises and device won't sync.

Perform a factory data reset on your CTL® Chromebook NL71CT-L only if absolutely necessary as it removes all data including:

Google™ account
System and app data
App settings
Downloaded apps

Navigate:

Launcher

Settings

Tap
Advanced
.
In the Reset settings section, tap or click
Powerwash
.
Tap or click
Restart
.
Tap or click
Powerwash
.

Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.

If needed, set up your device.
